One Time Use Events Continual Use Events

 Monday - Friday “Daytime” (6:00am - 5:00pm) $55/hr $30/hr

Sunday - Thursday “Evening” (5:00pm - 2:00am) $65/hr $30/hr

Saturday - Sunday “Daytime” (6:00am - 5:00pm) $95/hr $35/hr

Friday - Saturday “Evening” (5:00pm - 2:00am) $110/hr $35/hr

After midnight Staffing Fee (12:00am-2:00am) $25/hr extra NA

One Time Use Events:      3 hour minimum rental – includes one hour set-up and one hour clean-up

Deposit:                                Refundable if hall is left neat and clean

Continual Use:                    Weekly use or Minimum of 6 hours per month

Modular Stage sets up to 20 ft. by 20 ft. – may be arranged in various formats and heights.

Seating options include theater style seating and individual chairs.

5’ Banquet tables, various rectangular tables, and cocktail tables (5’ tall) available upon request.

Commercial kitchen, chafers, dishware and glassware, popcorn maker, sound equipment, piano, projector screens and projector available for additional fees.

Summary of South Hall Renter Responsibilities:

All chairs, tables and stage modules must be returned to their original positions/locations at end of event.

All spills etc. should be cleaned up and trash placed in garbage can and garbage emptied in outdoor receptacle.

Large dust mop (provided) should be used to clean floor at end of all events.

Events with large crowds using street shoes requires mopping (provided) open floor after event ends.

NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PREMISES – ANY SMOKING MUST BE DONE AT LEAST 10 FEET FROM DOORWAYS

NO ALCOHOL WITHOUT PRIOR CONSENT (INCLUDED IN RENTAL CONTRACT)

Net proceeds are given back to the community in the form of grants aimed at helping to relieve the distressed, bury the dead, and educate children.
